MEET CARRIE BOOTH

Carrie is a born and raised Washingtonian who moved to Dallas two years ago. As a licensed therapist (LPC) and former dancer, she looks to combine her two worlds in the studio by clipping in and encouraging others to find their best selves. Her class will not only challenge you and motivate you, but most of all push you to have fun and let the music move you. She believes each ride is a new opportunity for growth. When she is not spinning you can usually find her running carpool for her 3 kids, trying out new restaurants with her husband Travis or playing with her Bernedoodle, Ryder (get it? Ryder!)
